Celebrate Devils Backbone New York Beer Launch with a Brewer's Beer Dinner at Carroll Place
Join us as we celebrate the New York launch of Devils Backbone beers with a special Brewer's Beer Dinner at Carroll Place on Bleecker Street. Devils Backbone Founding Brewmaster and Production Josh French will lead the five course beer dinner and pairings. First 30 ticket holders receive custom Devils Backbone flight paddle and matching sampler glasses. Seating is limited, tickets required.
DB Brewer's Dinner to include five pairings:
Course 1- Fried Calamari paired with Vienna Lager
Course 2 - Salsiccia Pizza: fresh mozarella, spicy Italian sausage, jalepeño & onion paired with Eight Point IPA
Course 3 - Endive Salad: watercress, mesclun, pear, gorgonzola & walnuts paired with Pear Lager
Course 4 - New York Strip Steak with Truffle fries & sautèed spinach paired with Black Lager
Course 5 - Chocolate cheesecake squares paired with Morning Bear
